UAC Partners with Wells Fargo for CityLift Program

UAC president & CEO Sharmain Matlock-Turner recently attended a press conference for Wells Fargo's Philadelphia CityLift Program. The CityLift program is a collaboration between Wells Fargo Bank and Neighborwrosk America designed to provide down payment assistance and homebuyer education programs. Participating organizations included the Enterprise Center, Clarifi, The Salvation Army, Project HOME, The Fairmount Park Conservancy, New Kensington Community Development Corporation, and Neighborworks.

UAC is serving as a fiscal sponsor for this program which will provide local initiatives to help homeowners achieve successful and sustainable homeownership. The CityLift program will provide residents with opportunities to own a home and also provide them with important resources and knowledge about homeownership. The program is an effort to help strengthen Philadelphia neighborhoods and provide quality and affordable housing.
