Paige Carlson-Heim, Community Development Group Manager, Mid-Atlantic Region

  • Member of UAC’s Community Economic Development Committee and Co-chair of the UAC’s Financial Education Sub-Committee
  • In her current role she helps the bank create and deliver products and services that meet the banking, lending and investment needs of communities in all three states. 
  • Graduated from Georgetown University and served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Zaire.
  • Has spent time living and working in Madagascar and Mali, and consulted with programs in Kenya, Zambia, Botswana, Ethiopia and Brazil.

Melissa Fox, Assistant Vice President, Financial Education Manager

  • Has worked at TD Bank for over 10 years.
  • In her current role, manages the WOW! Zone (K-12) program, a free program that offers financial education to students at schools and organizations.
  • In 2011, Melissa co-founded The Kingdom Charter School of Leadership in Blackwood, NJ
  • Melissa is an 8 year veteran of the U.S. Army Reserves
  • Graduated from Temple University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism, Public Relations and Advertising
