GPUAC Budget Watch What's Happening Now Budget Watch provides information on and analysis of Pennsylvania's fiscal year 2010 budget implementation. We will be taking a closer look as the executive and legislative branches of government form the budget for fiscal year 2011. As appropriate, we will also report on local county and federal budget processes and their impact on nonprofits, service providers and communities.
