Have a voice in how elected officials spend your
hard earned tax dollars!!
On June 24, GPUAC and partners will be at Love Park between 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to show our elected officials in Harrisburg that our voice is loud and it counts.
Legislators in Harrisburg represent us – and need to hear that we do not agree with the way they are spending our money.
The State Senate has passed a budget bill (S.B. 850) that cuts funding for education, violence prevention, job training, health care and many other vital services and programs that we all rely on.
Join us. If you care:
· That youth spend time with their friends at proms and not funerals.
·That children enter school ready to learn.
·That our children are provided with a high quality education.
·That those who have lost jobs or are struggling to find a job have access to training.
·That those fighting addiction receive the help they need and not end-up in prisons.
