My situation is:
I have a Sheriff's Sale scheduled very soon, or I have been served a mortgage foreclosure complaint.
I am now at least three months behind in my monthly mortgage payments and have received a notice from my lender warning me that foreclosure proceedings will begin.
I just got behind on my mortgage within the last 60 days.
I am keeping up with my monthly mortgage payments now, but it is a struggle and I worry that I may start falling behind.
